Morning Water Workouts

Start your day out with us! This class meets every morning Monday-Saturday for an hour. It is a class for all ages designed to develop muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program

This is a water exercise class designed to accommodate individuals with arthritis. Our instructor leads you through a series of activities specifically meant to help improve joint movement.

This class is for 55+ members and focuses on cardio activity and movement in the shallow end of the pool. Activities include cardiovascular fitness and toning.


Take a break in your day! This mid-day exercise class is open to all ages. Join us for a more active cardio class that develops muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.


Join us for Zumba in the water! We exercise with music to motivate and energize you through this fun cardio workout!

Water Walk

Join us every Friday from 8:00-10:45am for a reserved time to water walk. This is an independent activity, but a chance to be social and workout with your friends!
