Wellness Center Orientation
YMCA members are encouraged to sign up for orientations to learn how to use our cardiovascular and strength training equipment. These 45-minutes sessions are free and provided by trained Fitness Coaches. Please make an appointment at the front desk.
Additional Services
Interested in additional support on top of our free wellness services? For a nominal fee, the YMCA offers personal training by nationally certified trainers, body composition tests, and youth strength training classes (required for all members between the ages of 12 and 15 who wish to use the cardio and weight equipment.)

GET YOUR MUD ON! 2012 TIPPY MUD RUN!
Three miles of hills, obstacles,
and most importantly: MUD!!!!!
This course is NOT your regular relaxing jog in the park. Be aware that it will test the limits of your physical abilities and your sanity. You will get dirty, and that's the point!
Wave after wave of participants will be taken on a wild adventure through the winding hills of Ross Camp. You will have to overcome natural obstacles ranging from steep hills, fallen trees, and puddles, to man-made climbing and jumping obstacles. There may even be a rope swing out there somewhere...
RACE DETAILS:
Open to everyone!
- Must Register by March 30th to receive a Champion Tech shirt
- Registration closes April 28th at 8pm
- No Race day registrations
- Limited to first 2,500 runners
- Packet pick-up beginning Race Day at 8:00am
- Awards for First Place Male and Female runners
- Chip Timers will be included in packet
- Water will be available at one location along the course and finish line
- Strollers, dogs, etc. will not be allowed on the race course
