2015 Weight Loss Challenge! You in?

Join us this year from  January 19th– March 17th in our annual Weight Loss Challenge. We welcome all to come work towards a better you.

This challenge is designed to help you achieve your goals. Participation in daily exercise such a cardiovascular, strength training and group fitness classes will help assist in achieving a healthier you. On top of reaching your personal goals, the individual with the highest percentage lost will win a 1 year YMCA membership!! Come stop by the YMCA and get started on the Fitness Challenge!
